By accessing or using eNidhi ("the Platform"), operated by Bharati Web Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
eNidhi is a software-as-a-service platform that enables non-governmental organisations (NGOs), charitable trusts, and similar entities to manage online and offline donations, generate tax receipts, create fundraising campaigns, and access related tools ("the Service"). The Platform is provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.
By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account. The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as per the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

The Platform, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is owned by Bharati Web Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our prior written consent.
As an NGO using our Platform, you may collect and store personal information of your donors. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents. Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Platform integrates with third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, CCAvenue, Easebuzz, PayU). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharati Web Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bharati Web Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
