4. Payment Processing Disclaimer

The Platform integrates with third-party payment gateways. We do not process, hold, or control donation funds. All payment transactions are processed directly by the respective payment gateway provider and settled to the bank account registered with that provider. We are not responsible for:

• Transaction failures, delays, or errors caused by payment gateways or banking networks.
• Disputes between donors and NGOs regarding donations, refunds, or chargebacks.
• Compliance of payment gateways with applicable laws and regulations.
• Any financial loss arising from the use of payment gateway services.

5. 80G Receipt Disclaimer

The Platform facilitates the generation of donation receipts in formats commonly used for 80G tax deduction claims. However:

• We do not guarantee that receipts generated through the Platform will be accepted by the Income Tax Department.
• The validity of an 80G receipt depends on the NGO holding a valid 80G registration at the time of the donation.
• It is the NGO's responsibility to ensure that their 80G registration is current and that receipts comply with applicable requirements.
• Donors should verify the NGO's 80G status independently before claiming tax deductions.
