This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscription payments made by organisations ("Subscribers") to Bharati Web Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of eNidhi ("the Platform"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
The Platform offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. All subscription fees are clearly displayed on our Pricing page before you make a payment. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the pricing for your chosen plan.
We may offer a free trial period for new organisations. During the trial period, you can use the Platform with full features at no cost. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your access to paid features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through your organisation's billing dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

eNidhi is a software platform; we do not process or hold donation funds. Donations made through the Platform are processed directly by the payment gateway and settled to the respective NGO's bank account. Any donation refund requests must be directed to and handled by the receiving NGO. We are not responsible for donation refunds, disputes, or chargebacks between donors and NGOs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Existing subscribers will continue at their current rate until the end of their billing period, after which the new pricing will apply.
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request an exception, contact us at [email protected] with a detailed explanation.
